If your doctor has examined you and all was well, I would assume what you're feeling is your body continuing to heal. So, I went to the doc today for the same vaginal pressure I have been feeling since the day after my TAH on 12/27/06 (kept ovaries).

Since it was an abdominal sugery and they didn't do anything in my vagina during surgery, I was confused why I would keep feeling anything in my vaginal canal at all.
